1. The service

TracksIT PDF (by Tracks IT Consultancies LLC) lets you create invoices and estimates, send them, take payments online through your own Stripe account, and work with PDF files. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

One business per account. Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if you think someone else used it. You are responsible for what you send from your account, including amounts, taxes and the accuracy of your invoices.

3. Plans and prices

Starter is free for your first 5 documents, then $1 per document sent. Growth is $29 a month (40 documents, then $0.75 each). Business is $49 a month (100 documents, then $0.50 each). PDF tools for individuals are $7.99 a month or $59 a year after a 7-day free trial.

A document is an invoice or estimate you send to someone else. Drafts, sending to yourself, and turning an accepted estimate into an invoice do not count.

Extra documents are billed once a month for the month before. We charge when the total reaches $5; smaller amounts carry over to the next month. Prices are in US dollars. You can cancel a plan in one click; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Payments from your clients

Your clients pay you through Stripe, under Stripe’s own terms. We add a platform fee of 0.3% to each online payment (bank transfers capped at $5). Payments you mark as cash, check, Zelle or wire carry no fee. Refunds return the platform fee.

5. Fair use

Unlimited plans are for normal business use. If an account uses far more than a typical business (for example thousands of files a month), we may contact you about a better fitting plan.

6. Your content

Your invoices, clients, logos and files are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

7. AI features

Voice and photo invoices are read by AI and can contain mistakes. Always check the amounts before you send. You are responsible for the final invoice.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Data & privacy. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or to break the law, or that do not pay amounts owed. Sending new invoices pauses when a charge fails repeatedly; your clients can still pay you.

9. Limits

The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
